Talk about from rags to races – Kyle Larson won the race! The NASCAR driver has been able to take home the victory of winning the Pennzoil 400, not even a year after the incident. That incident being his insincere usage of a racial slur at an event, in which he was given notice last year from Chip Ganassi Racing. NASCAR suspended him for using the word at an iRacing event. And yet, Kyle Larson was able to find himself signing with Hendrick Motorsports just in October.
The other four drivers that filled up the top five were the following: Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin and Ryan Blaney. Meanwhile, Kevin Harvick took a seat in 20th when originally he was a pole-sitter for the Sunday race.
Hendrick Motorsports enjoyed the win as Kyle Larson used the Number 5 car at the Pennzoil 400.
So He Won… Is Kyle Larson Still A Loser?
Given that he won his first big race of 2021, does it redeem him from the nature of using a slur during the iRacing event? Not entirely. It would take much more personal journeys than just being good at his job.
One might even say that the success found in professional life, is no excuse to mitigate personal failures.

Bubba Wallace, who has previously been known as a new member of Denny Hamlin and Michael Jordan’s new motorsports team 23XI Racing, showed advocation for a comeuppance for Kyle Larson.
